Margo is in Trouble

That sounds like sound advice. Thank you. Pretty sure she laid yesterday, so if she laid internally since then, hopefully it wouldn’t be full blown EYP yet. Hopefully.
If she laid yesterday I'm betting money on her having worms.
NOT EYP.

Not sure where I can get one. Nearest Tractor Supply is 1.5 hour’s away and I work full time. I’m leaving Friday for five days, too. :barnie
An Jans or someplace similar should have Safeguard or Panacur paste for horses, you can use that.

Maybe @casportpony will chime in with more suggestions.
If she were mine and still able to poop I would give her a bunch of fluids with the tube.
2-3% of her body weight, repeat in 60-90 minutes if crop is clear or mostly clear. would also give calcium citrate or calcium gluconate @ 50 mg per pound.

Even though wazine only treats for large roundworms, and you already bought it, it's better than nothing.
Wazine dosage is one ounce per gallon of water for one day only. For Margo only, give her 1/2 ounce per gallon of water. Make the mixture and put it in a waterer for her to drink. If she is loaded with large roundworms, it'll be less chance of massive worm die off causing toxicity or blockage in her system.
For the rest of your birds, give them the standard dosage, one ounce per gallon of water.

Im not convinced about the worms. Same with mites and lice. Michelle has a small, newish backyard flock like me. I have had fecal floats on my hens several times and always negative. Mites/lice checks by vet always negative.

Why are we thinking this is worms? We think there is something visible on inspection? Are we saying give it a try, worming wont hurt her?

I think the calcium might help her overnight. This looks like my red sex links behavior, and its a calcium deficiency, she doesnt eat enough oyster shell free range.

Michelle a couple of my hens have had oviduct infections (temperatures). Rx is 2 weeks of oral antibiotics. Same behavior, not feeling well, sitting, lethargic. Could be that too. Wish I was closer so I could help you out.

Continue to withhold feed? I don’t even know if she’d eat if given the opportunity. She is not drinking. I did manage to get a few drops of nutridrench in her, but she started getting agitated, so I stopped. She has a fan blowing in her area. It actually feels quite pleasant.
No.
Why would you with hold feed?
Let her eat if she wants to.
