Many years ago, I saw a cross-stitch piece that read, "Eat a live toad first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you all day." It sounds like your first week was a "live toad" experience! It also sounds like you handled it all with grace and determination. Both will come in handy as you raise your babies. Welcome!
