Lock down tomorrow!! After loosing nearly half this hatch to my 2yo and the power going out for three frickin' hours I will lock down 17 eggs. Hopefully they all hatch! Oh, and I got my first silkie eggs in over a month today!

Mmmkay. Did final candle before lock down tomorrow. 1 more quit. Ugh! So. 16 go in. Hopefully we get a good hatch. Then I'll clean it out and we'll go again! Going to an auction Friday, hopefully get some RIR eggs.

Plan on it. Right this minute I'm contemplating bringing my grill in. I can heat a small area and cook. And hopefully not burn the house down.

I hear ya. Thanks for looking out. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. I went to Walmart today. They were out of bread, milk, diapers and beer. Wth? Only in the south will they run out of Budweiser before bottled water.
