Your best bet would be to post on your state thread and maybe someone local will take him.

I have there, also on Craigslist, a local Facebook group, etc.

UPDATE: Marvin has found his new home with a nice family outside of city limits on their farm. He has plenty of other chickens to live with and young kiddos, new owner said he is a very nice rooster and I can’t help but be proud that I socialized with him every day to help him be friendly and held!
