YES! I haven't read the Peter Parker/Loki comic, but I want to, and I would love to see them interact in the MCU.
And for other versions, I didn't mind the Agent of Asgard Loki, but the ending of the series was kind of depressing for some reason.
I really want to read both of those runs, they're the only ones of the comics I want too XD
Why was it depressing?

It might spoil it, so I'll put it on a spoiler box, but overall it was good, and I really liked the artists' style
It ends with this universe ending (I think implying a multiverse), and Loki pretty much transcends the universe with his only friend that he turns into a ghost. So yeah. But it has a neat redemption arc.

Loki comics. There are several different versions of him, and we're just talking about which comics we want to read. The Agent of Asgard Loki is a teenager/young adult and I can't really say much more unless ya'll are okay with me spoiling it.
I don't wanna read the comics, and anyway, I have no way of accessing them. If they aren't true to the movies, I have no interest, that is how stubborn I am. :p I know that sounds one-track-minded. Also, yeah. So I don't mind you spoiling it. :D

I didn't care about comics, until I started seeing a page or two of them and it started driving me crazy, so I found a few online and liked them. Here's a spoiler box if you want to know (Riverstorm, this is pretty much a synopsis of the whole comic)
He is doing missions for the All-mother, trying to wipe he record clean from crimes he did in a past life, mainly for killing his younger, innocent child self. His potential future self "King Loki" tries twisting the mind of the All-Mother,and wants to end the current world. Through his adventures, Loki makes a friend who can see if anyone's lying. Eventually, he gets hit by a sort of truth ray, making him the "god of lies" without the ability to lie. He tries to figure out who he is, and becomes the "god of stories" making him pretty much outside of reality. When he realizes he can't save it all, he makes his best friend a ghost, and escapes that universe with her, as King Loki kills the Asgardians, and destroys Earth.
