If they kept all these scenes that they cut, I probably would have liked Thor: God of Thunder way more XD Also, there was some deleted scenes between Frigga and Loki that really showed their relationship that I wish would have stayed.

I know! It would have made a ton more sense if they kept them, like, as you said, Loki and Frigga's emotional attachment, and Thor and Loki's relationship before the movie. I really wish they had kept them!
