Hi! I had my first fresh tomato sandwich yesterday --- white bread, mayo, fresh-cracked black pepper. I'll get more 'sophisticated' later in the season.

sliced tomatoes
motza cheese sliced 1/4 inch thick
basil leaves

stack them and top with a sprinkle of basalmic vinegar.

olive oil
salt/pepper

I have my own garden and work on a big farm and we are locally famous for our 'maters and sweet corn. I'm not even close to getting any 'maters in my own garden yet tho.
