I have two in this one incubator. I try to keep two in each one to make sure I am getting a good picture of temp. I can try to put them all in one and see what I am looking at. Might even try to recalibrate them if I have to.99.3 shouldn't be low enough for a late hatch I don't think. How many secondary thermometers do you have? Could you put them all in one incubator and see if maybe one went bad?
What a beautiful baby!I was up all night, but finally managed to get the chick out of the crushed shell entirely. It took quite a while to absorb it's yolk and veins (understandably as it hadn't even internally pipped yet yesterday at noon). Now it is incredibly weak, but I have managed to get a bit of a homemade electrolyte solution into it. It's still moving a bit and peeping, but is too weak to lift its head or open its eyes much. Hopefully it regains strength as the day progresses.

What a beautiful baby!Keep her warm. If she absorbed the yolk, that should nourish her well for some time.

Absolutely in love with this turkey. Had no idea how friendly they were and how much they want human interaction.
