I was wondering if I’m turning my eggs enough I turn them five times a day and some times I turn them a little early then the time I set and maybe some times a little late does this egg look like it’s stuck to the side this is my Bantam egg 8E64BCF1-A656-448A-86BA-152F11DC8B97.jpeg 4E00708E-6D70-4E8B-90AD-FCD92FDFBFD6.jpeg is is definitely fertile there’s veins and I can see a chick bit do I turn them enough

5x’s a day should be sufficient I would think. The more the better of course, but we do what we can. I’m not sure about the appearance. It looks ok to me, I thought mine looked a little off at first, but they turned out fine. :)

I don’t think so. My understanding is that any offspring from a sex link will just be a mutt bc it takes specific breeds to make a sex link. I could be wrong though...I usually am :gig
I am breeding my BO roo to my BR's and I know that will get me black sex link male will be born with white head spot females will be all black :fl
 
I ended up with a BR roo when I got some more BR pullets last month. I can’t wait to hatch some little black fluff balls next year!

My BR roo is the best he is so big and great with the girls and gets along with my BO roo. I think I lucked out there.:bow When I let them out to free range if one of the girls is laying he waits for them to finish and the BO takes the care of the rest of the flock. I didn't know roosters could be like that.

I think my rooster is being to ruff with the hens when he gets on there back my barred rock hen and one of my rir hens have lost feathers is one spot on the back of there neck how is he hurting them
