I did just talk to the owner. She said the horse fights when you leave other horses for a few min. He will keep spinning around to try and go back and the owner says I keep turning him back to leave and final he does give up.

He needs his teeth floated.

She said he has some HARK training to let you get on him. He lowers him self by parking out.

Very smooth and gaited horse to ride.

Says he would make a great field trail horse.

She says he maybe more then 16.1 hands tall. She said that lady holding him is 5'7.

I have a 2 horse straight load trailer and probably too short for him. She said she has one too and gonna see how he will load in it and send me some video within the next day or two.

Not sure where you are located sweetcheeks....but if you are still willing to look at a horse for me. She said she had no problem with you coming to do that. She mentioned a street of Tillei....says the arena is on the far end of that street but not where she lives and it is outside of tum water. The owner did mention something about a small arena they are going to tomorrow night also.

The "spinning" is a bit of a red flag to me. This can easily intmidate an inexperienced rider and if a horse spins fast enough, can unseat a rider as well.

Horses you have to fight with aren't any fun. PLUS-she said the price is reduced. Meaning she's had the horse for sale and he hasn't sold yet. Could be the economy but generally good horses do sell.

I'd move on.

Spinning was not the word the owner used but she said he went in a circle to try and go back and she would correct him....this is only if he was leaving horses behind. I would not ride here anyways and I would be contained in an arena. The owner did say he does not buck or rear with that at all.

I'd probably go check him out. I mean, that behavior sends up some red flags, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a little bit of consistent training. If that's the worst of his problems, I don't think it should automatically eliminate him.

I would load and take him to the arena anyways and she said that he would be fine with that and he is wonderful in there also with other horses in there no problems at all.

I'm in NE Olympia, just a short ways from Tumwater where the feed stores are I shop at. I don't know street names, so Tillei doesn't really mean anything to me but if you get me a time and address, I'll go take a look and take my helmet if I get a chance to ride him.

Thank you, pictures/video would be great too. I will wait to see if I hear from her about the small trailer and how he fits/loads in it. She said in a day or two that she would send me video and let me know about how he does in that kind of trailer. We will go from there.

I did ask her on the phone earlier I forgot to mention this....if she would do a trial period/short term lease and she said no not for $750 price cause its so low. She did say maybe if I lived closer she would....but it worries her to have to come so far to get him if that time ever came.
