(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have showed poultry since I was 5, I am still quite young but have been showing and raising birds for a while. I raise mostly ducks now.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have about 14 chickens, and maybe 40 ducks haven’t exactly counted.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have old English bantams, bantam Cornish, and a red Pyle rooster for chickens. For ducks I have call ducks, White layers, cayugas, a welsh harlequin, a blue Swedish, and growing.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I’ve loved poultry for as long as I can remember and mainly ducks. I enjoy just watching them, cuddling them, and really just the joy of raising poultry really.

I have my poultry, dogs, cats, sheep, and cows. That’s all I will share

I looked up many problems I had with my flock and often it directed me to this site so I decided to join.
