Members not getting email subscription notifications - please read and reply with details

I used to get email notifications before, I did not change any settings different, Have not gotten notifications since August 2015. Any Ideas what changed???

I am not sure. Check your spam box or blocked list in your private email. It is possible you accidentally spammed BYC and is now being blocked.

If all else fails, you can try changing your email address in your account here on BYC and that should get your notifcations coming to you. :)

@cavemanrich , Our system says "User reported our email as spam". This means that you may have intentionally or not marked our emails as spam, so your provider is now blocking our emails. You'll need to have your provide add our email address back onto their "whitelist" to receive more emails. Once you've done this, let us know.

Not getting notifications... can't figure out why.

It looks like your email provider is bouncing back emails we're sending. Unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do on our side to make your email carrier accept and deliver our emails.

You can either:

1) Contact your email provider and have them find a way to allow our emails to be delivered.
2) Swap out your current email with a new email address from a different provider.
