Metacam for hens

Ok super will give it a go. I haven't a clue how this syringe works with the rings on it. Just noticed It says each graduation per 2.5kg body weight (20mg/kg) for 9 days! Argh so confused! That works out much less than a chicken doesn't it? I am horrendous with math! Also can I administer straight into their mouth or best to mix with yoghurt etc? Also reckon I can give her wormer and metacam at same time?

How much does she weigh?

I honestly don't know yet, going to weigh her in the morning. She's quite plump!

Let me know how much she weighs and I'll take a picture of the correct sized paste "blob" to give her.

If she weighs that much give her *three* of the medium sized blobs pictured here:

See picture in post 29 or go get a 1ml syringe from a vet. Dose is three blobs or 0.8ml.
