Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

I'm getting 9 because I have 32 hens currently and wanted to even that number out at 40, and I have no self control so chicken math got the better of me. (I guess we'll find out about those special surprises in 4 weeks. ;) )

I ordered three female barred rock chicks from Meyer as my first ever chicks and went to pick them up. I guess in my excitement I read the paperwork wrong because when we arrived they told me I was a week early.
Well we couldn't leave without any chicks since I had told my babies that we were getting chicks that day. We ended up leaving with 6 chicks.
My babies each picked out a silkie, and I picked out two barred rocks and two Easter Eggers. We love all of them so much that I had ordered 3 more EE's arriving in June!

That's funny!!!

Here's all my EE's...

Mrs. (or Mr.) Puff who is turning white on the chest... anyone have any idea what she will look like later on?

Cleopatra

Isabelle (Izzy)

My still un-named EE:

And just a cute pic of my friendliest chick: Moe the Cochin:

Just keep your eyes open for their last minute availability. I saw some available last week or the week before for just a few hours, and then they were gone.

If it's any consolation, I have a 4 week old Silver Laced Wyandotte from Meyer also ... and am about 99.9% sure that Dusty Jane is really a Dusty Jack!

Here's a picture of he/she's comb at 2 weeks old, It's been that large since DAY THREE! Wattles too! I am holding out hope still.

Agree with you, looks like a boy. My SLW hen is 9 weeks and still does not have much of a comb. Are you going to keep him?

Cleopatra looks like my Maddie. Your unnamed one does a little too except for the white chest.

Moe is so adorable, looks like my Blue Cochin, who is really splash color, Gizmo. My niece and nephew decided she should be named jiggly puff.

You count like me, I want 20 total.

I have 13 and I am adding 9 (maybe more if I can sneak them in)

So, 9 + 13= 20, right?

Do you have pics?

Thought I'd share this picture here, since it was one of my Meyer girls, good ol' Frou-frou the blue splash Marans. :)

I put fresh sand in the chicken yard a couple days ago. Yesterday, I went out to find Frou-frou dust bathing in the middle of the walk way from the gate to the coop, apparently in chicken bliss:
