Hillbilly Hen,
There are days I'd take you up on that!
Pippin is a real character, spoiled, insistent and willful.
But she is also very friendly, active, loves everyone she meets and is so funny

She is 12 yrs. old and everyone thinks she is a young dog.

Laura,
Toy Rat Terriers are neat dogs.
I met a really cute character at the dog park.

I hope you'll have a Delaware pullet chick for me, fingers crossed

I'm just learning about the breed.
Are they difficult to sex?

Carrie Lynn, I have never bred them before but I am pretty sure that you can tell by the time they are 4 weeks old. I am planning on breeding them as soon as I have a hen go broody so it may be that I will have some that may be even a couple of months old by the time chickenstock rolls around. I would just have to charge a little bit more for the older ones to cover the cost of feeding them. I am not in it for the money, I just want to share the wonderful breed.

looking forward to seeing everyone. Opa, will you be bringing any blue orpington chicks or eggs? would love some more eggs to hatch, if you are. But would take chicks too. Please let me know.

My single bantam orpington has been a steady layer all winter but the hamburgs and the vorwerks haven't manage to squeeze out a single egg. However with Chickenstock still 108 days away I should have eggs and chicks by then.

I would love 6 to 12 eggs from the blue if possible. Just name your price. Would also take some chicks if eggs are not available at that time.
