Yay! I really, really despise those type of sparrows, they use to fly in the coop and eat the chicken's feed. Invaders

Also i got a good part of the way through beauty school, so i know some things, not others. Buuut, the fact that her hair had a lot of "yellow" in it naturally could have contributed! Anyway, my advice is to tone it down with a light brown demipermanent haircolor or you can try "oops"; the oops will take some out, (But has the risk of making her orange/pink) and the demi will gloss her hair and help tone it. i personally would go with the demi if you used permanent hair color; it is much gentler and you have more control. It will also fill in any damaged spots. I don't know if it's any consolation, but red is the hardest color to keep in, so maybe if you guys are lucky it will wash out to a non retina popping shade! Next time she dyes her hair you will have to go with a much darker shade, in a "cool" tone to tone down some of the brightness. (Myself i am light brown/ dark blond depending who you talk to, and if i try to put in highlights i go ORANGE.) Stumped even my teachers!!!
