Was all excited, going to get an Araucana rooster today. But then things didn't work out. Bummer! Took myself down to the barn and gave my donkey Chumley his first bath (well first for him and I anyway). Ain't he Purty?! That's him in my avatar...

I will be taking bets on how fast he rolls and looks spotted again.

By the way, those are mine, and I live in TR.
Most are show/breeder quality, so thats why some of the prices are higher. They are extremely tame and calm, and exellent as pets.
They look like this, almost as bad as uggos (vultures).


I can keep pairs as a minimum, if the cock is gentle, but like trios and quads.

yeah i'm really not looking to pay that much right now and i really need hens more than anything!!

I'm stuck at work til 11pm i just want to go home and assemble my incubator and start working on hatching chicks...and ducks when my ducks start laying again the stupid rooster got into the duck's area and ate the eggs they had in a nest

Everyone is gone now.
I think that we all had a good time. I know I did.
Chickens were traded off and so were plants.
New friendships were made and I'm sure that they will continue.

I don't know if Crabby noticed at all. I don't care if she did or not.
I do know that I enjoyed the time spent with good people and I hope that they enjoyed being here. I was happy to be the centre point for folks to meet and get to know each other.

I think it is a prelude to CS 2012.
