I'm not sure what you mean by "heartbreaking" but those Jura coffee machines may qualify.
This guy would never dream of spending 3 thousand dollars for a coffee machine.

Neither would I. But I had that coffee in Austria and it was outstanding. I was hoping they made a 'for the home' version.
