They had their 1st spring Fowl Fest show this year in Alma. But other than the usual OCT Fowl Fest show, it is the only open show in MI. There are quite a few in OH and IN. I don't know if you have a subscription but the Poultry Press http://www.poultrypress.com/ is a plethera of information and good read. It comes out every month and has listings of most shows in the country.

I know I can always get my way if I hug Aric while he's doing dishes. So I just told Aric about what I want to get from theron. This was how the convo went LOL

Me - "Honey, I love you"
Aric - "Yeah...what did you volunteer me for? What am I supposed to bake or cook now?"
Me - "Nothing"
Aric - "What did you see that you want that's going to be at chickenstock?"
Me - "You look really good when you're all sweaty while you do dishes!"
Aric - "Who did you agree to buy something from at chickenstock?"
Me - "Umm, just a couple things we need and a couple i want"
Aric - "What did we talk about a long time ago, only jersey giants and call duck hens"
Me - "Yes honey but I don't think anyone is gonna have those things and you know Pretty Boy's lady died last week!"
Aric - "Uh huh...we're not even at chickenstock yet and you're already filling the back of my truck up! I'm gonna make a collar and leash just for you because you WILL have it full before we even leave!!"


I can see a month's worth of chores and house cleaning all by myself coming on

Nice try Theron! You are a total turkey. Don't feel bad keyt, he's got me going home from chickenstock with 2 ducklings that I wasn't supposed to get. Thank God my husband is a total sucker.

Panic has set in...3 days to sell something!! I really don't wanna hear "I told you so"...again lol
 
My son is giving me such a hard time- I have decided that it is much easier raising geese.

I am offering an ornamental eighteen year old, mint-condition, for display purposes only- doesnt work- manchild for trade. Will not ship...well, maybe I will- you provide box.

All offers considered- but I think a
pair of sebbies would be a nice trade.

If you run out to turn off garage lights while barefoot,
You WILL slide in chicken or goose poop.

It WILL get stuck between your toes.

It will be the type of way to start your morning that non-poultry raising people will NEVER understand....

My husband says he will eat him/her if nobody takes her/him. I told him theres no meat on this type bird. He really dislikes it. Its my bully of the barnyard. I havent heard from OliveHill.
