How many people have tried cooking pork in coffee to tenderized?
I have a sous-vide (water bath) machine to make food tender. Just set it on the temp you want to serve at, put in food and leave it (food must be in a vacuseal bag). You can cook beef RARE for 20 hours, and it still comes out tender and juicy! (I know, it's really hard to believe, but its true, and the pork is to die for; 8 hours, put it in, in the morning and it's ready at dinner time)
Flank steak - rare at 20 hours set at 136 degrees! (and you've no idea how tender it was!)
