Mille Cochin Info

Thanks! Yeah she's one of my favs. Nice type - getting there anyway - and decent pattern. Her color is pretty though not correct; I think she's really going to be an asset to my program.
I'm thrilled with the color and pattern on my Prince daughters this year. Some of them have better type then others but they all make me happy.

Great pics! Is that a bass? Mmm

Yup- we caught 9 bass, 2 perch, and a pickerel.

Macho was the first chicken I lost to a predator. I had him in a back pen my good dog Bori couldn't get to. I lost 4 other roos after that, but none since. I think I've got the pen secure now, plus I opened the front of it up so Bori could get back there to guard them. Hopefully I'll never lose another one. (Ever, to anything. Wouldn't that be nice?

OMG! The photos of all of your birds make me light headed! Beautiful birds and Borias is so fabulous!

Some photos I went ahead and snapped today while trying to get some of birds for sale........

These girls are sitting on 4 peafowl eggs. I already have 14 pea chicks growing up but many more eggs under the Silkies, Cochins, a blue Langshan hen and a Jersey Giant hen. If tehy are broody, I use them!

My light colored Xavier baby, getting that black and red coming in stronger. Nice conformation though. That is a red project chick in the back. I sold the parents of those chicks.

The blue MF pullet that I have for sale with the roo. She has such a nice wide tushy. So many people want them but I can't ship right now.

Borias i beautiful. We used to have a neopolitan mastiff. Now we have staffordshire bull terriers a bit smaller and less slobber!

Amy your birds are beautiful as always.

I love Staffies! I think they're probably in my future, too

I don't know how many years down the line, but I can honestly see myself with one someday.
