millie fluer chick keeps opening mouth wide

I have 2 millie chicks, one of them keeps opening his mouth wide, like hes yawning. He does it about 8 times in succession on and off. I usually see him do it in the morning. Im not sure if it could be a throat disease, because he is acting completely normal otherwise. If it is normal for them then why does only one of them do it?

Mine do that but just once or twice when one sees me because they are remembering their ancestors being in a nest and opening their mouth for mom to drop the food in. But 8 times in a row?
