Mince garlic

This may or may not matter to you, or any of you <G>, but you might want to check the source of the garlic you buy, whether fresh or jarred. A lot of garlic is imported to the US from China. China is getting a bad reputation for unsafe agricultural practices. I can't speak to the hazards but do not feed my household members (2 leggeds, 4 leggeds, winged or otherwise) anything produced or imported from China.
