Mini Geese

Thank you, from those of us that don't do facebook

No problem....searching YouTube can be a real pain...never know what is going to end up in your results either.

Bhonkers:

I read they range in weight from about 4-10 lbs. Their was no mention of how tall they get, but I can't imagine they would be much larger than the jumbo Pekin duck!

That's what I was guessing. I'd like to see a pic of them next to a duck to compare.

DITTO == Comparison picture PLEASE??????? They are too dang cute. LOVE your movie too (thank you Mrs. Magoo -- I despise FB!!)

Hi,
The just arriver this week, Dave does not sell them as dayolds.
They do range from 4 to 10 pounds. My Blue hen is towards the large size and the Belted female is smaller. I have some Cacklers and the are larger that the Cacklers but smaller that my Shetlands ( the are a more refined shape than the my Shetlands ) less thick.

As I know there is no problem with infertility. Dave said the males are more fertile their second year.

I can't wait to see if they breed true to type!! They are adorable, and I think I need them just for the eye candy effect on the pond. Plus I bet they stay looking good while the sebbies go through their ummm.... rough stage *LOL*

Please keep us updated!

Yes they are the Oregon Mini. They are small and very quiet.

I'm sorry Minigoose, but you're going to have to update us with pictures occasionally (or more frequently, if you'd like)
