Supposed to be 76 today but with severe thunderstorms. I'll take that verses the snow and cold.

Last night I went outside just before going to bed and the frogs in the pond were singing their little hearts out. It is Spring! Think we can make it to May without one more blizzard?

So happy we didn't get the hail they were talking about. My vehicle isn't in the garage because I have chickies brooding in there.

My birds are out free ranging in the yard. Do you think they're smart enough to head for the coop if I'm not around when the heavy rain starts? They are so happy to be out I know I'll have a hard time rounding them up.

Mine just run underneath the truck or wagon to get out of the rain.

Im loving the warm weather, but I wish things would dry out a little more...we have a muddy mess at our house, as im sure a lot of you do as well. On a different note...does anyone have any ideas on how to calm a wild rooster? Rochester animal control called me to pick up a rooster and he is CRAZY....I am guessing that he has had very little human interaction. Think he is a BBR Phoenix. Gorgeous bird. And I would rather not get rid of him if I can help it.
