Still have to put on corners, door and wire mesh over the vent. Hopefully will get that done on Monday.

Thanks. I am going to put my waterfowl in this coop so 2 geese 2 pekins and 4 Muscovys. I have to build another to put next to it for my Cochins, EE's and birds I am growing out. It is a 5x5 with a dirt floor and its buried an inch or two and then I put rocks around it. Best part is it is 100% free other than the power to run the tools.

Im sure most of you were aware already or it has already been mentioned on here, but I just found out now... bummer.
That is horrible. I was really looking forward to this years State Fair. This would be the first one since I started chickens. It would have been a great chance to learn.

What I like about my coop are all the shade trees surrounding it, plus the pole barn north which blocks wind. We insulated the east side.
What you can't see is another row of trees behind the coop.

My father had a tree farm for a long time.
Such a nice coop and land!!

Nice work!! Great price.

Blanch, I am in the same boat. All the years that I walked through the chicken barns just thinking yup heres a bunch of chickens that will bite your finger if you stick your finger in the cage...not that exciting.....BUT NOW I learned theres so much more to see and learn! I am bummed
