Did I put up a sign saying "breakfast is served" in my yard?
Thank God for the crows and roosters.

What kind of feed do you get in askov? How's it compare with something like layena? I've been using that cause it's easy to get.
We had land in askov, now it's on a contract for deed. It was crazy, one of the highest wood tick areas in the state. I remember when we first bought it, hubby walked through one area for maybe 5 minutes and pulled off like 12 ticks. There was one he didn't get. Let's just say, he described it as it was "sucking his manhood out" lol.
nathan, hope you had fun out there! wow, everyone has been traveling - to cancun, california, and......mankato?
Nice tractor, Klopklop. is it running?
welcome newchick!
I'm starting to see that the eggs are fertilized, if i am reading that little bullseye right. THats good, because as soon as someone goes broody, I'm going to let them sit. Definitley ready for chicks, no thanks to those of you posting sweet chick pics.
its cold, and I'm done dealing with frozen waterers. For some reason the circuit on the meter pole keeps popping. I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and get an electrician out here to see whats up. I know last summer some mud dauber wasps kept filling up the little holes for the prongs with mud, so maybe that is it.
Its a day for a feed run, heading up to askov for a couple hundred pounds. glad it isn't sunny or I would regret having to drive instead of being outside.
enjoy the day, everyone!
Thanks, it was awesome! I had never seen the ocean so that was really fun to see.nathan, hope you had fun out there! wow, everyone has been traveling - to cancun, california, and......mankato?
scandia, did I ever tell you my friend's story?
She was heading to Ny for a conference. was a hurried morning getting off and to the cities for her flight. rush, rush, rush. Finally was in NY, catching a cab. reached into the pocket of her raincoat for her wallet, and came up with an......egg. You know, she had put that raincoat through the security check, thrown in in the overhead bin, hustled down the ramp and concourse, picked up her baggage, hauled into a taxi, and then...that egg wasn't even cracked. she ended up giving it to the cabbie.
So check your pockets before you get into the airport!
