  1. I have looked all over town for milk that is NOT pasteurized to make yogurt out of. Even the organic milk is pasteurized, so can I buy a gallon of the regular milk to make yogurt? My SIL even went to the auction the other night he was going to try to buy a Holstein cow, and a calf was over $800.00. so guess we will be drinking Piggley Wiggley milk and I need to know if it will make yogurt PLEASE say yes , I'm tired of hunting regular milk. marrie

Yes, you can make yogurt out of regular old milk. I do it all the time.
