I went out to check my chickens beak to try to figure out who’s egg hatched but I can’t seem to find my favorite Easter egger, Garlic, anywhere, I’ve checked literally everywhere, has any had a chicken stolen? I live in a pretty safe area so it’s not likely.
Has anyone ever had a bird or dog take a hen but the hen didn’t leave a feather mess?

Sorry, I'm not sure. Do you know what breed she is? Some breeds are broodier than others. I would google it.
She’s an Easter egger, not sure which breeds are dominant in her though

Do you have property she could be hiding on? When my broodies are hiding to sit on eggs somewhere other than the nesting box, I usually don't see them often. They only come to the coop occasionally for food. In my experience they often hide in tall grass, but once I had a little bantam hiding in a pile of logs and we didn't find her until we started chopping wood:) I though for sure she had been taken by a hawk. Sorry I can't help more, I wish I could but all I have is my own experience which isn't too much:D Good luck finding your hen. She is beautiful!

Any hen that lays eggs can go broody. I have had several broodies who were under a year. EE are all unique, so broody is a possibility. I also have a hen who recently disappeared without a trace. Keep watch for her appearance early mornings and normal feeding times.

Are your chickens shut in or do they roam free ?
Usually if a predator has been the other chickens tend to be a bit traumatised, will hide under trees, go into the coop early and act extra vigilant. Unless they didn't see it happen ( does she hang out alone or with the others? ). A bird doesn't leave a mess so if she was caught a hawk is very likely.
I reckon she has probably gone broody if there are no signs indicating a predator, a year old isn't too young, it's the right time of year and finding a broody hen can be difficult! They always find the most discreet of places! Try having a really good look for her in every corner, hedge, leaves etc. and hang around outside when you feed the others, she will come to eat and drink if she is broody, you just have to be patient.
Good luck!

She really is my prettiest of my current flock.
It’s totally fine you helped plenty! Didn’t even think about that fact that she could be broody!
She free ranges and my neighbors like to feed them from their porch so she could be on any of our properties 😅

They don’t have normal feeding times 😂 they just eat when they want to… my flock is a little special 🤣
