Please consider posting on Craigslist or Facebook Chicken groups, I've had success with both.. I wasn't a FB person but broke down when suggested by someone else who had luck rehoming one.
Never fair for the poor guys, but there's always someone interested in them(I know I would if I was allowed RRoosters--some day I'll be people's resource for unwanted Roos.

I already posted on craigslist and on some other places and emailed the humane societee and Shelters but I really should put it on Facebook, thank you
