hey everyone i was wondering if u could help me...i hatched these 2 hens last year and was wondering if anyone knew what breed they looked like. At the time i had 2 purebreed rhode island red hens (both 9 years old) and a 1 year old buff orpington hen. i had a mixed rooster

Was your rooster a bearded/crested bird? I know you say he was mixed breed. Do you have a photo of him?

Yes they are just one year old. They lay a light tan color egg

Was your rooster a bearded/crested bird?  I know you say he was mixed breed.  Do you have a photo of him?

I can look for a picture... I had to get rid of him right after the chicks hatched because he became very aggressive... He was white and had no feathering on his head like the one hen does
