Mixed breeds

Pics
I am going to do a little prediction here - walnut comb. Rose comb from the Wyandotte mixed with pea comb from the Ameraucana.

Makes selecting Pea comb quite a bit more difficult I would presume at least at hatch.

not as hard as I thought it would be the pea comb actually stands out more then the other two being that I discovered rose and cushion combs seem to develop a little slower then the pea comb.

I was wondering if anyone else has a flock as mix up or more than mine ( with Columbian Plymouth rocks, white leghorns, mix breed bantams, and Cochin bantams

That's all you have?

I have

Hens:
Black Australorp
Dixie Rainbows
Black Sex ink
Red Sex Link
Rhode Island reds
Easter Eggers
Delaware
White Rock
Barred Rock
Crested Cream Leg bars

Roosters:
Cornish X
Black Australorp
Araucanas
Partridge Chanticler
Crested Cream Leg bar

However, to be honest I keep the Crested Cream legbars locked in segregation from the rest.

Also I may have forgotten a coupe varieties.

my favorite bantam couple ( mix breeds )

can someone else post a picture of there favorite mix breed couple?

I have some chicks that you can tell are from a black silkie cockerel and a light sussex hen. You would think they would look the same but one has black skin and one has pink skin. Both are large fowl. The pink skin one is getting the silkie feathering and the black skin one appears to be smooth feathers. I will post some pics when I can

omg I really want to see what they look like

do you mix-breed just for fun or does it have a purpose ?
