Mixed Japanese or Serama?

Hi i am new to the BackYard. I use to own chickens back home and am looking to start up again. But i have no idea what kind of chickens i had before. I can only find an old cell phone pic of my favorite rooster. I think he was mixed but can anyone tell if he is Serama or Japanese? Sadly he died of unknown causes before after i moved away for college. R.I.P Bob The Builder

In my opinion his wings do not look right to be Serama.

He is a hatchery blue red OEGB sport, not a jap or serama
