Most of the time, when people vote pullet, what they really mean is that they see no signs of it being a cockerel. Now that the rooster feathers are easier to see, it's much more obvious. Cockerel.

He’s started crowing (not well however haha...) and his comb and wattle are much bigger.

Wow, he is an excellent example of a buff Orpington cockerel. Definitely worth breeding if you are so inclined. Orpington males can be so slow to mature sexually and this is a prime example. I am glad you showed us the stages of his development-- it should help for future identification of large, slow-growing breeds.
