My dad has a recipe that he says is sort of like half way between an english muffin and a crumpet. I haven’t tried them myself, but my parents are real foodies.Bob I use this guy's recipe for English Muffins, but I do a double batch and roll the dough out 1/2" thick and then cut rounds.
That's good news. From the pictures I saw it looked pretty big. Thank goodness for the rain!Not at all, although it was a close call for a cousin in Scott Creek and old friend in Macclesfield, neither of whom needed any help. They were both packed and about to evacuate when the weather changed. Very few homes were lost compared to other bush fires.
