MJ's little flock

Hi @Grammy60 :frow

My brother & his family have lived aboard a 50' catamaran for about 15 years ~ 4 of them spent cruising through Asia. Not for me. I don't mind dingy racing but salt water is sucky. :( It makes me itch.

I have a dream to spend a year or eighteen months living on a narrow boat and slowly touring the canals in England. If I do it at all, it'll be in the first years of my retirement. By then my baby cousins will be old enough and independent enough to live in my house while I'm gone and care for the chooks and any dog or cat who might be living there.

Nailed it the first time, great job.

We actually use the kitchen sink. Smaller area, deeper water. Easy to bleach afterwards. We also use Dawn dishwashing soap. If it is good enough for oil soaked ducks, it should work for chooks!

Here is Daisy (greatest hen ever) enjoying a bath.

I finally found the picture of Patsy napping in the sink.

Good evening MJ :frow

Good morning @rjohns39 :frow I've got a week of heavy professional commitments, so pardon me if my likes and updates are a little scarce :)
I certainly understand your situation. I'm presenting to my team today as a dry run before presenting to the entire 800 person staff. And I'm sure I'll have to make a schedule adjustment to present to our folks in AUS.

Replacement car

I'm buying a car today! After weeks of using borrowed cars it will be very nice to have my own wheels again.

By coincidence, it's one of those that can fit "... a coupla chickens" in the boot :) it's got some problems, so the chap took $700 less than he was asking. But the problems are nothing a thorough service can't fix. And the tyres are balder than Bruce Willis, so I'm taking it from the seller straight to the tyre shop.

The seller is a cop. Does it seem odd that a cop would drive around on such bald tyres? :idunno
