MJ's little flock

Hello :)

I hope you won't mind me butting in.

I can relate too a lot of what you feel. I go down like you but but keep scrambling up somehow.
It's hard to get going with pain isn't it, I sometimes get afraid that I will stop at times but for some unexplainable reason this place keeps me focused.

Two of my friends died the last few weeks and I can't count how many since 2019.

All I can do is hold on after reading what you wrote I'm going too follow you and do something good for me in the next few days ;)
Hi Marie

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve lost friends recently, that would be so hard to live through. :hugs Yesterday’s post was a window of opportunity and after I had written it I wondered whether I should have. I didn’t post it anywhere else, I only shared it with my chook friends. So I’m glad you were able to take something from it and I hope you find some good things soon. :hugs

I'm a little worried about this, what I ordered as wood chips for their run.

This stuff looks awful but I had to use it because the rain has made their run impossible. I was sent wood shavings :(

The last time I used a different company I was sent wood chips which absorbs really well
It should be ok. We ended up putting carbon fibre sheeting over two thirds of the run so the girls had somewhere dry to be when it rained.

At least you can share here with your friends, these people are such a huge comfort I've found :)

It's good to meet you by the way :) :hugs

Friends, I'm going to share something with you in the hope it'll help me keep the momentum up.

I have a body that looks like my mum's and my Nana's did and it does not predispose me to strenuous exercise. The nature of my work brings stillness too.

This is a problem in terms of my health and overall well-being. I need to move more.

I've always loved music and dancing. So today I started a new new routine which I hope will stick.

I got up and danced to that James Brown song I shared a few posts back.

I'll do that for a month, then I'll add a second song for the second month, a third song for the third month and so on, until I'm dancing for an hour before my morning shower.

If you want to, feel free to check up on my progress from time to time. I will either use the hiding under the chair emoji or the dancing one 😁
Well done. A bit of dancing in the morning instead of Tai Chi works as long as you keep at it.:thumbsup
