This is the recipe that set me off reflecting on the seasonality of recipes. In the Northern Hemisphere you would be lucky to have a dozen eggs to use on one dessert - but for Easter it would be perfect.
We are already @ 22C ~ but without the humidity so it's quite pleasant. Later may be a different story.It's going to be a very warm day, 35° (95°) so I'll get the misting system started shortly.

I gave away a dozen yesterday, which brought numbers back from "whaaat the heck..." to "ok, this is way too many eggs."
