MJ's little flock

I'm happy to see Mary snacking and drinking this morning (and Peggy refraining from interrupting her). And yesterday she frolicked, which is highly unusual for her and a strong sign she's feeling good. Moulting puts her right off her food and, even allowing for the feather loss, she's looking a little too thin.

This little red face 🥰🥰🥰

@RoyalChick how is Dotty getting along?
Dotty is doing fine as far as I can tell - the weather has been good the last couple of days and my Princesses are loving the expanded area they have with the new fence so they are spending all their time foraging under the tree. Dotty has been making full use of the space.
Strangely, as well as foraging most of the day, they are also eating more commercial food than they were, so they really must be stuffing their little faces!
I haven't seen a normal poop from Dotty recently but I may have missed it as I have been spending a lot of time with the babies trying to make sure Bernadette isn't getting bullied given her disability.
Hopefully tomorrow I can go over their next expansion area with the magnet to try and make sure I get all the roofing nails and contractor debris before letting the Princesses into it. While I am doing that I am sure I will see what Dotty is producing!
Oh, and there is literally no sign of her frostbite now. Can't tell there was ever any issue with her comb.
Thanks for asking.

Perhaps will all the food, her poops won't be so worriesome.
