Give some cracked corn. It's suppossed to help with keeping them warm. Not sure of the science behind it ~ but there is some.

Is that popping corn just broken into bits? I’ll try anything at this stage, she’s gone really downhill.

You might be able to get some at a fodder and grain store Loz. It's the sort of thing people used to feed horses to give them energy.

I did a quick search and found petbarn have it for birds!

Hi, MJ! Sorry I haven’t been on much. I’ve popped onto Bob’s thread a bit, but think I might have to give that up (sorry, Bob, just too fast moving.) I popped onto Shad’s threax recently, too. I haven’t had much time for BYC lately, but maybe I can catch up and keep up on your thread and maybe Ribh’s. Miss you guys.
