I've tried but I can't work out what IFLC is.

It's from my thread, it stands for the International Federation of Labouring Chickens, IFLC. Its the union the @RoyalChick hens formed because she tried to work them on a government holiday.

I was sitting in the chicken's yard with a cuppa and a biscuit when Ivy hopped up on the arm of the chair for a chat*
