I would discourage the pigeons. I don't think you can change her perception of where she belongs in the pecking order.

I cannot fathom that behavior. Sansa chases the doves here and Hattie was stalking a robin to kill it yesterday. We won't talk about Lilly taking on everything.
She's a very meek little one. I wonder if she'll become more assertive once she's laying eggs. I hope so because I don't always have the time to keep the pigeons at bay. I may have to keep her in the henhouse for breakfast until she's got a little more courage.

A little spoiling may go a long way. It helped Lottie. Now I have Wrold who needs a little boost.
