MJ's little flock

Yeah

Oh I was unlatching the gate and I was trying to open it further but be shot through and I landed behind the saddle. I pulled myself together when we reached the road and I tried to stop him. We approached the roadside and he turned sharp and I flew forwards (dad described it as it looked like a cartoon character spinning through air)
Then well you know the extent of my injury
Wow! I'm surprised and glad you weren't hurt more. I can picture the event now. Yikes!

Not chickens but given that's unusual for me I hope I'll be forgiven.
I'm posting these pictures of a pictures......for MJ mainly who I think may be interested.
This one cost me a rather nice lamp. I know the women who painted it and she does some extrordinary work. Most of what she does is very dark. She suffers from acute depression. She did a few like this for an exhibition and this one I just had to have.

This was painted/drawn by a women who works in the National Park center. Most of her work is on the various creatures there are in the park. She does a lot of illustrations for schools and nature projects. That's me on the log apparently.

It's so easy to come off in situations like that. I hope you heal up quickly.

Fantastic. I really like the echoes of Picasso in the first one and the second is bursting with charm.

I've kept Janet in today. My thinking is that she'll have to eat healthy chicken food all day instead of newly shooted grass. She doesn't seem to mind. At present she's finishing off last night's mashes and I may give her a special mash at lunchtime (in addition to the pellets and grain mix she can eat from the dispensers). There's still no sign of illness in the other three but I don't expect it now they're on antibiotics.

Ugh this morning I was supposed to be going to school but mum said absolutely not. I’m too sore to be going to school cause I broke down in tears, she let the school know. It took me at least a half hour just to get out of bed. Heh I took a dose of painkillers
