Here, we can see the elegant line and proportion of her headwear. If anyone can evoke Ascot on Ladies' Day from a rusty old garage, it's Ivy![]()
Wouldn't you just heat the water in the microwave and add the teabag after?Maybe over the weekend I will give it a try.
People who know microwaves: do I need to worry about the tiny staples holding the string to the tea bag and to the tag?
Yes, that's what I thought too but then someone said they bung the teabag into the microwave too. I've lost track of who said it, but I think it might've been on BY Bob's thread.Wouldn't you just heat the water in the microwave and add the teabag after?
She looks like Lady Bracknell from "The Importance of Being Ernest" saying " A handbag???"One last shot of Ivy pretending to be glamourous like Aurora.

This time I showed the tea strainer in use in case anyone is curious about it.
I don't often use the orange tea cup but I was in the mood for it. It was a gift from one of my long time bestiesThe saucer is all swirly and nice to look at.
Janet's amazing eggs on toast. I swear her eggs are a deeper eggy flavour than the others' eggs. Scrumptious!
I love the colour of that tea cup! So bright & sunshiny on a cold winter's day!Saturday breakfast!
