I read about something like that here in Catalonia. That would be an absolutely amazing way to handle the clean up! I thought the very same thing.
In my area there are 2 farms that rent goats for brush clean-up. The farms provide everything including temp fence, the goats come on eat and fertilize and when the job is done they go away!!
The clutch is not working. The reservoir was over-filled last time the car was serviced and the reservoir cap was not properly closed. I'm cranky about it because I had asked them to flush *all* the lines and put new fluids in and I expected the work to be done properly. I'll never go back to that place. The people fixing the clutch next week are highly regarded in the community and certified by the RAA.Good evening folks
An affordable tow is always good... What's the issue?
I hope it's not a frozen shoulder? I knew someone with frozen shoulder and it was excruciating.Good evening MJ and everyone
My day was good, went to the orthopedic doctor and got a shot of steroids in my shoulder. Sure hope it help with whatever I did.

We are all good here. I dont work on a friday and love spending the day in the yard with them!! 2 are laying now although one is giving a lot with soft shells. They are on a commercial layer pellet and shell grit. Any advice would be welcome. Do i need oyster shell grit rather than general shell grit?I'll tell her you said sohow are your chooks getting on?
That sounds delightful! I'm envious because I've got another 13 meetings next week before Christmas. I'm already tuckered out from a big year.We are all good here. Sorry to hear you have such a busy week before Christmas. I am happy you are taking some goid time off inJanuary. That sounds delightful! I'm envious because I've got another 13 meetings next week before Christmas. I'm already tuckered out from a big year.
I also provide commercial pellets (Barastoc champion layer because of the high protein) and shell grit.
So far in two years, I have seen three soft shelled eggs for five different laying hens (I'm counting Sandy who had to be euthanased). Although the feed has varied over that time.
So, I'm wondering what you mean when you say a lot? I know soft shells are common in younger hens who are just getting started.
If every egg is soft shelled, she might need to see a vet.
I'm sure @Shadrach or @Kris5902 or @BY Bob or @rjohns39 will chip in with some advice. They're more experienced than I am. I'm still a bit new to chickening.
