MJ's little flock

I love this story Loz!

I had a similar experience with my cousin. It just so happened we were both passing through Paris at the same time, so we made lunch plans. We met up OK, but then we missed our turning to the lunch restaurant and ended up buying bread and tomatoes and eating by the river. Lovely.

And the next day her man proposed! Just wonderful. It turned out he used her absence at lunch to put the final touches on his big proposal plan.
What a lovely story! ❤️

If he is slowly getting better, it does sound like either a sprain or a wound that is healing with time. And he is not using it as much now since your days must be very short !
Yes, it starts to get light around 10:30 am at this time of year, but it is the cold that affects their behaviour the most. On cold days, Cesario sits on the roost and looks out the window, but on milder days like yesterday (-6C) he was out hanging out with the busy pullets. They just go and go!

That was your trickiest puzzle yet! I found it especially challenging because some of the pieces were a very similar colour to the background.
It was quite a few pieces too. From now on, I'll share an easy and a hard puzzle of the same picture.

Still got my London A-Z. However, Google maps is pretty cool for going for a virtual stroll.
Interesting. I have never tried that. It always seems too clunky to do that - I suspect I am not using it right.

It's not like being there in person, but you can take a clunky glide along the streets you once walked along and enjoy your memories.
