Better. But not entirely normal.Yup. Think they have mastered the ramp!

Does she have grit available?Better. But not entirely normal.
(I think it might be a 'she')
She runs around in a lively manner but is quieter more often than the other chicks. The poops on the towel were not great. All one colour (no urates) and they looked gritty. However, she's been drinking plenty of water with probiotics and eating. She did well on crumble when she was in the cage but reverted to junk the moment she was able.
I hope I can't tell her poops from anyone else's in the morning.
I've got a video to share, but as it's the end of the day, the phone's battery won't hold out long enough to upload it and it'll have to wait until tomorrow.
How fast ! They sure have the zoomies !I got one after the lunch time clean up and refresh session!
I don't know the PegasaurusWhy do I think Woozy is a pullet? Well, she has by far the most feathers, indicating she's perhaps a little older. Yet her yellow hatch mate (and at least half sibling) with far less feather development has a bigger comb and a cockerel-ish attitude.
The little Australorps are so cute and friendly. I think maybe they're cockerels too. From the fighting, which is excessive. I speak as someone who knows the Pegasaurus.
I only watched part of the video and will make time later to watch more, but I'm amazed that you're almost alone all the time. There were a few cyclists with recumbent bikes in Nice and I was always feeling it was rather dangerous, however it seems very peaceful on your ride (and you don't get to swallow the car's gas which would also worry me being so lowI love my recumbent! The steering is down by my sides, and the gears and brake are on the left, hence being able to hold the phone in my right hand (which, technically I shouldn't have been doing on the road as I'm a vehicle). I don't touch my phone in the car, period.
Pushing pedals out in front of me, I have found it's given me stronger knees than pedalling on an upright. Plus I'm not sitting on a narrow, uncomfortable seat, so that's a big win. Really, the only downside is that I'm quite low to the ground, so I'm possibly not as visible as an upright, so I've got a sparkly shame flag at eye level.![]()
Yes. They all do.Does she have grit available?

Lozzy! That's awesome! Thank you so muchI hope you don’t mind MJ, but I took a video of the ride home after rowing this morning. It was such a lovely morning and I wanted to share it. It’s nearly 18 minutes long, so maybe grab a cup of tea or coffee before watching. I did ride past the chicken house, but you can’t really see them. The wind also gets a bit loud in some places and it’s a bit hard to hear what I’m saying, but you can see what a nice morning it is.
Here’s the pier, also.

Edited: YouTube has compressed the video quite a bit, which is annoying. I don’t have enough space on Vimeo to try there.![]()
I love how their little feet sound drumming on the ramp as they run up and down!Yup. Think they have mastered the ramp!
