No Bantam.


Update: I have four new chicks (Light Sussex X Salmon Faverolle) and I sold nine of my roosters.

Oh. I like bantams, but I free range and the bantams can't seem to keep up with the LF flock (hard as they try). I haven't had enough bantams to constitute a flock, so they have felt like they have to keep up with the big chickens (they seem to think they are big chickens).

I got my trio of New Hampshires together so in a few weeks I am hoping for chicks. =)

I've got some girls that are either pretending or practicing. I'm not holding my breath for chicks any time soon. :/

Okay, I've got 22 eggs incubating between two incubators and I just got a Silver Laced Wyandotte chick on Saturday. That's pretty much all, I am looking out for some new layers but its been pretty quiet around here except for gardening stuff.
