MKK Farms. Updates, pics, and stories!

I don't have any pictures of anything I've done. But we did a chicken coop without plans and I built some hockey sticks that didn't work. Also Feeders and perches and benches and stuff. Sorry no pics. =(

Sorry, Sally. But I did get some pictures of the chicks and chickens today. Will post them soon.

Today I went out and got some pictures of the birds. Cosette is looking better, although she can be quite deceptive about how she is doing. All the other birds are happy, except for Marius who is still mad about being separated from the girls.

Gavroche and friends are doing well. All are healthy and are getting less edgy around people, which is nice.

Tomorrow the eggs get shipped so I should have them sometime this week. Nervous about how my home-made incubator will do, but I'll just do the best I can and hope I get some chicks out of it.
My current hatch is still doing well, hoping to see some Faverolle chicks next week!

Here are the pictures,

Cosette curious as always.

Eponine picking through the weeds.

One of the Pumpkins plants.

Gavroche. Not to happy about the interruption.

One of the Australorp chicks.

Another one.

Gavroche with two of the Aussies. They all jumped into the picture. =)

All four chicks.

I'm really looking forward to having a fair sized flock again, since I've only had a handful of birds for the last few months - Ever since I sold my 25 Hens at the auction.
Cool! Glad you have more chickens (again)! xD
Now, this may be a dumb question, but I will ask. Can you sell chickens at a livestock auction?
