Yeah. =(
And I was a hundred and thirty-eight, but I think I'm actually closing in on a hundred and fifty.

I have been getting incubator stuff ready, washing, making sure everything is there, the usual. I plan on setting Salmon Faverolle eggs Mid February so that I have chicks in March. I want them early as possible because the sooner they grow up the sooner I can breed more, and so on.

I also searched the shelves in the garage to make sure there are brooder lamps, chick feeders, and waterers all at my disposal. I admit its a little early but I am really excited and want to have everything ready by February 10th. At this rate I may just start hatching in late January. hehe I am an impatient hatch-o-holic.

I haven't even hatched anything and I'm getting impatient!!!
I want to start in mid-Jan, so I've got pullets laying as soon as spring hits and cockerels ready for the pot throughout the summer.

Your welcome! How many eggs can the incubator you are borrowing handle? :)

I haven't been able to borrow it yet.
We built one for DS's eggs. I think it will hold an 18-ct egg carton (bottom). I could probably fit more than that, but I don't think I'd feel comfortable cramming the egg cartons in there like sardines. KWIM?
